Donde fuimos.

Well I am with out pictures because I dont have my computer with me. I am using a hotel computer in the capital city. Life has been cool. We had a fun visit with family from Honduras and Louisiana, we went back to the states for a weekend, spent some random days in the capital, celebrated our 1st anniversary, and somehow managed to still eat and sleep.

My parents came down about a month ago. They, along with my sister, were here for about 10 days. We had an awesome time with them going to watefalls, canopy tours, and seeing local wild life. They also enjoyed time with the grand animal Don Quijote de La Mancha. They were impressed that he doesnt speak english. I have some really cool pictures from while my family was here, but that will have to come at a later date. After my sister and parents headed back to the states Sarah and I had to go to the capital to try to get a new vehicle that the mission had bought. While we were there we celebrated our 1st anniversary, it is crazy how quickly one year went by. It has been an awesome year together and the Lord has done awesome things in us, and we are looking forwad to even more spirit filled years.

We high tailed it back home after our capital city adventure only to pack our bags stay one night and then go back to the capital to catch a flight for our friends wedding. It was awesome and weird to be back home. It was the first time I had gone to what I called home only to be a visitor. We are able to hang out with my family and church a good bit and do lots of shopping at Walmart. And finally the rat race has somewhat slowed down. We have my dog Jacob Schoen with us for a little while and he has been a blessing to us. He is 14 and is here learning spanish with us. We have had a lot of cool time with him and he is learning a lot of spanish. So you can be praying for him while he is here. We also have had two really awesome teams here, one which was from my hometown. It was weird seeing them here in this setting. The rat race continues through August as we have constant teams and construction taking place, you can be praying for me in this next month in the areas of rest, love, and wisdom. Well I will try to stay updated here, and maybe post some pictures soon!
