Los Tigres...a saber

So I don't really know what happened last Saturday night as the LSU Tigers met the Florida Gators. Congrats Dominique. We had an amazing and near perfect internet radio connection only to be disappointed with the pounding the Tigers received. I felt sorry for my parents, they went all that way only to get beaten 51 to 21! It was an awful game. What didn't help on our end is that our internet radio was the Gator football network, so we didn't even get to feel the very few exciting moments that the Tigers had. Everything was pro-Gator. I guess we can only hope for a comeback as LSU goes on to play Georgia and Alabama in several weeks.

The rain has been incredible in the last 24 hours. It started raining yesterday afternoon and really hasn't stopped since. But, hopefully we will get some more weather like we have had-- sunny and dry. What is odd, yersterday morning was an incredible and beautiful morning. We went to the beach at our land lord's house and flew a kite some friends of ours from Virginia had given us. It was cool, it only got stuck in a tree once but we quickly got it out. I think the last time I had really flown a kite was when I was in elementary and they would have kite day in the spring. Our land lord's son had fun with it too. But as for now, the rain is coming down and seems like it doesn't have any plans to stop.
