Donde esta el ventilador?

Another week begins with new things and new challenges. Lately things have been kind of slow, we are preparing for a team this weekend so I am sure things will pick up very quickly. We got one of our neighbors, Luis, to stand an egg up and so the tradition lives on! We have regained hot water in our shower (something was wrong with the coils on the heater for 2 weeks--- i went showerless many days in the last 2 weeks) and now we are working on getting air flow in the house. I am going to buy another fan and getting the other fixed tomorrow. Hopefully that will work out for the good. Both of our directors are coming in town--- hopefully they won't chide me too bad. Maybe they will see more progress than all the cool beach spots we have come to love.

Yesterday we took a trip down the road to a little beach called Playa Ventanas. It is probably one of our favorite beaches thus far. It reminds me of some secluded beach in Hawaii---- grassy landscape with the beach in front with lots of shade offered from the hundreds of 30ft palms towering above. To the right are two caves that lead through the rock face out into the ocean--- "its the best" as Jack Black would say.

Our hole up on the site seems to grow over night. Every day that I go up it seems larger, deeper, and wider. I think they are almost done, you should be able to get a taste for our meteor sized hole by watching the video I am attaching here. I am sure I will have a lot to update you on here in the next couple of weeks. I feel like Tye from Extreme Home Makeover on this video.... but whatever.
