Tractorista

Well again a lot has been taking place in the last week. We have begun work! Yes, officially on this past Tuesday 2 bulldozers and a CAT compactor made their way up to the property. It has been encouraging to see this. On top of that they have nearly finished all the needed work for the road. I believe next week they will begin on the site cutting away at the property preparing the site where our massive foundation will go. And on top of that our contractor has a crew ready to begin work on Monday! This means they will begin preping the site and getting all needed materials up to the site. Pray that the weather would continue to be great for the transport of materials, the road, and the building of the building. The weather really dictates a lot around here, and right now it is pristine for building. So we have really been praising God all the more the last few days because of His greatness and faithfulness to hear, answer, and even in some things go beyond our prayers. Just another daily confirmation of what God will do through this training center. Another thing about the tractor guy that I thought was really awesome was the big roller machine (compactor) you see here--- he is the only one in the area that has one! So not only did we get the guy to begin working so quickly, but we got some of the best equipment in the area.
On the flip side we had our first night with Don Quijote (our dog) the other night. It was probably one of the worst nights ever in my life of sleep. That sucker started yelping at about 3am and could pierce your ears. I could still hear him even though I covered my ears with my hands so hard it hurt! I ended up having to sleep on the floor with him cuddled next to me so that he would just shutup. The next day Sarah brought him back to his momma--- he is only 5 weeks old so we think he may just be way too young. We are going to wait a couple more week until we officially bring him home. Well I need to cut this entry short, we have a team coming in this weekend and I need to get material lists. Please pray for their safety and productivity both physically and spiritually here. Their team leaders are Emily & Brian--- pray that the Lord would give them wisdom from on High.
