Well I have to say that I am a couple of weeks behind on blogging---- and now all that I have done and experience totally exceeds what I have time to type about in an actual logical order. So sorry--- you will just have to miss out on all that has gone on. Hmmm.... lets see where should I start? We had a great valentines day. No one here really celebrates it, we don't really either, we just went out to eat. It was a pretty cool restaurant though. It is called Whales & Dolphins and is an Argentine restaurant. It overlooks our whole area where we live---- I think it is the most amazing outlook in our area. It overlooks what they call the whales tale, it is a sand jetty that goes from the shore out into the ocean and forms what looks like a whales tale. So it was pretty awesome to watch the Sun slowly melt into the horizon--- I don't think sunsets here can ever get old: Amanda you would like them.I went fishing last week with my neighbor. He has a boat that he does tours for---- we didn't see any whales but I am hoping the next time we go we will see some. Right now is the migrating season. I caught one fish--- I don't know what kind it was, but they said it was the
best. We went pretty far off shore so that was cool. They fish at night time--- I think it is better and you don't have to deal with the heat. It started raining on us so we headed back to land--- but they do things a little different here--- like they don't have light or anything on their boats. So I asked Lionel (my neighbor) how he knows where we are--- because there are rocks everywhere and it was pitch black--- he just said he had been living here for 20 years. Who needs lights anyways. He got us back with no problems--- I don't think it is the safest thing but they seems to be professionals at doing things the un-safe way. I took the fish home and Sarah cooked it for me. I did the Latin thing and just put the whole fish in the frying pan. It was pretty good and can't get any fresher.

I have been sorting through the pastor's home that is already built, meeting contractors, and building a tool room. The house looked like 50 carpenters had a wild party--- you could hardly see the floor. So I hired my 14-year old neighbor Johnny to help clean the place up and help me build shelves to put all the tools on. The
shelves are almost done and we have sorted through a lot of the supplies we have already. There are still a few more days of work left with that--- but it will be done before I first team that comes next week. This will be really helpful for when the team is here because I will know where all the tools are and how much materials we have. So I am looking forward with being done with this part of the project. Oh yeah the fuel-gage is jacked up on my truck and I ran out of diesel yesterday halfway up a mountain. I had to walk a ways until i got cell phone service and then called my neighbors and asked them to ask Sarah to come pick me up on the 4-wheeler. That was a funny experience and only took me like 2 hours to sort out. HAHA! You can be praying in the next week we may begin to move dirt at the site with the bulldozer guys. They showed up and I am supposed to be getting a quote today---- SO PRAY!!!! This is like our last opportunity to get this thing done this year--- if we wait any longer it is going to start raining and it will be too late.

in front of me. I got out of the car and started chasing it and chased it into a house that these guys were building. One of them caught it and handed it to me. It was pretty cool--- but I think the guy hurt it when he stepped on it. Sarah and I had a photo shoot with it---
Sarah did some modeling with it and then we released it. I wanted to build a cage and keep it as a pet--- Sarah didn't but then I decided I didn't want an injured iguana anyways. If your going to have an iguana you might as well have a good one.
On the flip side we do have an addition to our family. We have a dog. He is only 5 weeks old, so we can't take him home right now. He lives with his momma on the beach right now. We don't have any pictures of him just yet because when we went yesterday to take pictures of him the owner wasn't there and the momma dog tried to attack us. It was pretty crazy. Hopefully he

Let me be the first to comment and to echo Sarah's latest blog: "Pura vida!!!" It sounds like you two are just having a blast. Jason, Sarah, what an adventure! Of course the new background on my computer at work is your pic of the iguana. The WHOLE screen is an iguana eye! (To be honest with you, it kind of gives me the heeby-jeebys!)
I have it as my background too! It is one of my favorites thus far.
