Dejavu

It has been odd for me this evening thinking about the hurricane Gustav that is approaching the Louisiana coast. I remember the devastation that Katrina brought just three years ago from yesterday. I remember I used to be somewhat excited about the crazy weather a hurricane brings, until I saw the devastation first hand. Funny how these things work. Now I am here thousands of miles away from home watching from the internet as a powerful storm closes in on family and friends. I wish I could help in some way but the Lord has me here. So to all of you back home, we are praying for you--- may the Lord be your comfort.
