Regrese

It is now or never. I have to return to the blogosphere despite my 5 month sabbatical, procrastination, and crazy stretch of life. By now I have most likely lost all readers, so I will hopefully work on redeeming my blog life. I have made it impossible to fully recapture 5 months so I will start this with a new ticker and see what happens from there: **We had 40+ men come here for an awesome time of prayer and worship**Sarah and I went to Sudan for several weeks**We saw the gospel reach people groups for the first time**My parents and the Waxes came for a week visit and we had a blast with them**We celebrated our 2nd marriage anniversary, te amo mi amor**We came back from Sudan to a whirlwind of things here in Central America**We were not able to have the pastors here this summer as their visas were not approved in time**Finishing details of the project continue as we had over 60 people pass through this summer**And last but not least, the headline of headlines is that we recently found out we are going to have a baby!**

So this is the latest news if you haven't already heard. We will be expecting to have our first child next year. We are scheduled to go to our first doctor's appointment this Thursday. We are very excited and blessed. So we will keep you posted (I hope) unless I return to my days of writer's block. So now we are preparing for a new stage in life and I can't wait. Well I know it is a short blog, but it is a beginning. I will try to get back to writing and letting you all know what God is doing here in our lives and in the nations.

The boys talk of you guys often, there was a song on the radio the other day and Jacob told me it was yall song. Then oneday we saw some stray dogs and Jacob told me all about some gross dog fight on the beach with much detail. And I was driving Haden somewhere and he wanted to honk and yell and some person pulling up next to us because COOL Jason use to do that and it was great and that you let Haden sit on your lap and drive and im not as COOL as you....Oh the memories.

Congrats, bro! Now you'll have to find a way to tell rat-faced cheetah bedtime stories. Raising a kid in the middle of the rainforest: now THAT'S pura vida!

Oh, and in response to Sarah's comment: I remember fixing your toilet. So in a way, I've already seen something you've peed on. :p
