¡Feliz día de huevo!

For all you Spring Solstice followers, here is my egg. For those of you who do not know what the Spring Solstice is-- get with the geographic program. Well I suppose I will inform those of you who do not know-- and hopefully you will be able to celebrate the Spring Solstice. Every March, June, September, and December 21st is when the earth begins its shift toward or away from the sun (depending on which hemisphere you are looking at it from). On these days the earth is balanced and you can see this by standing an egg upright. So if you read this blog today (March 21st) then you still have time. If you are reading it on March 22nd, you can try to do it... sometimes if you have a very level surface you can still stand the egg up on the 22nd as well. And if you find a level place that is not easily disturbed you can sometimes balance your egg for several days. So happy egg day!

Good job. I think I am going to declare that all seasonal solstices from here on out will be a holiday. What is funny is that the next solstice we will be here in Honduras again (June 21st).

You need to try to balance the egg by balancing the egg from the bottom and not the middle or top. Maybe you will have better luck for the next solstice.
