La via del armadilo

So we are beginning to feel more and more at home. We continue to discover more of the area and learn all the tricks of the locals. If any of you come down I will one such trick that I have named "La via del armadilo." You will have to make the trip down here to learn la via del armadilo--- I am positive you will appreciate it. Yesterday we went and met with the architect, I am not really sure what is going on with all that still. Pray that we will find someone to take on this project for a normal rate and not Gringo rates.

We were able to get a lot done yesterday. We boughts a bed, we ate some foods, we used our hands to wipe the bugs out of our eyes. No but for real--- we did get a bed, a airconditioner, some knives, towels, etc.... Basically we finally have our house up in running. This morning the land lord came over and we got the contract done--- they went up on the rent, but we don't really have another option so it will have to do. This morning we also were able to get the window fixed. So now we don't have a large opening in our house--- this is always a good thing. So things are really starting to move forwards now. We also went to the beach for the first time 2 days ago. It was awesome, so I think we will have to go more. We found 2 sand-dollars, so I was excited because the only other time I have ever found a sand-dollar was 2 weeks ago when we were in Wilmington, but the one I found broke on the way home. Last night was pretty awesome-- the moon is almost full so here is a picture I took of the moon, the clouds, and the corner of the internet cafe ceiling.
